Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order,
we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns

- Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact@lumieresworld.com with
your order number and reason for return.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

Refunds

- Refunds are issued in the form of store credit, which will be applied to your account once the
returned item is received and inspected. Store credits have a lifetime validity and can be
transferred to another account.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

- Exchanges are allowed for size differences only.
- The original item must be shipped back to us within 5 days of delivery.
- To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service at contact@lumieresworld.com with your order number and desired size.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, we will arrange a reverse pickup. .
- We will cover the shipping costs of sending the exchanged item to you.
